The Online Annual Update process is now open for the 2023-2024 school year! This process is required annually and is the only way to update demographic information, collect emergency medical information, and provide the authorization needed for students to attend field trips. There are no paper copies available.
Log into the Parent Portal and click on More in the menu and scroll down to select the ANNUAL UPDATE link. (See screenshots here.)

Please complete this process now. Field trips start early in the school year. Students without a completed Annual Update are not permitted to attend field trips for safety reasons.
