Parent/Teacher Conferences
High School Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 3:15 pm to 7:15 pm. Note: Times are different from the printed calendar.
The conference scheduler opened on September 24, 2026, and will close on October 5, 2026.
You can schedule in-person (default) & virtual appointments through the conference scheduler. To meet virtually, click on “add special request” and state that you would prefer a virtual meeting. You will receive a confirmation email with the Google Meet link & classroom number (for in-person) after scheduling a time block.
The high school staff directory is located on our website.
To schedule an appointment, enter the student's First and Last Name, a current email address, and the First and Last names of those attending the conference. Keep your child’s schedule nearby for your convenience. Remember to click on “add special request” if you are planning to meet virtually through Google Meet. A complete list of all Google Meet links will be posted on the high school homepage.
Our school counselors are available during conference times should you wish to meet. Parents may meet with the counselor assigned according to their students’ last name:
- Mrs. Gigante: Students with last names beginning with A–K
- Mrs. Holderman: Students with last names beginning with L–Z
Parents/Students interested in learning more about Welding, Nursing, Technology Certifications, or other Certification/Elective programs should schedule a conference time with Mrs. Soeder, our Career Exploration Specialist.

After Prom Planning
Hello Perry Pirates! We are excited to announce our plans for after-prom this year on Saturday, May 8, 2027.
We will share all information here about the event, as well as any fundraising opportunities we will be having! Please check back often so we can make this event a night to remember!
After-prom is organized and sponsored independently by the After-Prom committee. Perry High School is sharing this information with you as a courtesy to families. The school and district do not sponsor, supervise, or assume liability for this event.

On November 10, LEAF (Lake Educational Assistance Foundation) will be at Perry High School from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the media center to assist families with the completion of the FAFSA form. There are limited time slots available. Please Sign up by November 3.

College Information/Financial Aid Night
College Information/Financial Aid Night is scheduled for October 6th at 5:30 p.m. in the Goodwin Theatre.
This will be an in-person presentation designed to provide students and families with important information and resources as they prepare for the college application and financial aid process.

Academic Study Tables
Academic study tables will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:45 to 7:30 am in room 151. This is a great opportunity for all students to stay current on homework and improve their grades. Please use the new main office doors by the bus loop for morning access.

Future Shades In Medicine
Join University Hospitals on Saturday, October 10, for a free, family-friendly event that inspires youth and young adults to explore careers in healthcare. Engage with medical professionals to learn about healthcare roles and career paths.

Welding Open House
Auburn Career Center, Lake Erie College, and Perry High School have partnered to provide local high school students with quality, hands-on welding instruction and valuable career preparation.
Join us for a Welding Open House on Friday, October 16, from 5:00–6:30 p.m. at Perry High School. Learn more about the welding program, meet the instructors, and see the opportunities available to students.
Chili Cook-Off
Enjoy a cup of chili on us! Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. All donations and proceeds go directly to support the welding program.
Fire Pit Raffle
Try your luck at winning a custom fire pit! Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20.
Refreshments
Joining Metals will generously provide refreshments.
We look forward to welcoming students, families, and community members. Stay to support the Perry Varsity Football Team as they play on their home field against Edgewood. We hope to see you there!

Please check the Class of 2027 page frequently for senior class information.
The Senior Class Fee ($20) will be assigned on October 1st. This fee covers the senior class picnic & end-of-year senior celebrations!
Commencement Speech 2027
At the commencement for the class of 2027, we will have three speeches. The class president will speak along with two additional speakers. This will be determined using the following process:
- One speech will be selected from the students receiving the Student of Excellence honor.
- One speech will be selected from any student graduating with the class in that year.
- If you are interested in speaking at Commencement on May 23rd, please complete the Commencement Speech 2027 Google Form and follow the steps outlined in the form by April 30, 2027.
December 1st: Baby pictures and Senior Photos are due.
● Baby pictures for the Senior Video are due to Mr. Kellogg by December 1st. Email your digital baby photos to KelloggA@perry-lake.org.
● Yearbook photos are due to Mrs. Skarupa by December 1st. Mrs. Skarupa prefers digital head-and-shoulders shots. Email your digital photo to Mrs. Skarupa. Photos should be a single shot of the graduating student only!
