The Perry PTA supports Perry Local Schools teachers and staff throughout the year. Support requests can be monetary, or we can purchase the supplies being requested. If you need something that isn't on one of the forms, send your request to our board members at pta4perryschools@gmail.com. 

 

To request support, fill out the request form and it will be reviewed at the next PTA meeting. You will be emailed if your request is approved.

Request Supplies

The PTA collects school supplies from the community during our S.O.S. (Supply Our Schools) event each year. Fill out the supply list form and we will be more than happy to deliver your requested supplies.
