Perry Local Schools

The Perry PTA will grant three $500 scholarships to three seniors in May of the current school year. There are 2 scholarships to choose from:

Academic Scholarship
Students enrolled in a four year academic degree program may apply.

Special Education Scholarship
Students (identified with a current IEP-individual education plan) enrolled in an
approved technical, vocational, associate degree or a four year academic program may apply.
 

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM
 
In the event there are no qualifying applicants for one of the scholarships, three of the same scholarship will be awarded.

• The student or his/her immediate family must be a current PTA member no later than February 28th of current school year.
• Must complete the entry form and a 500 word or less essay about why they are deserving of this scholarship.
• Please include word count at the end of the essay.
• Each qualifying student may only apply for one scholarship.
• DEADLINE: LAST TUESDAY IN MARCH OF CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR.
