Title IX

At Perry Local Schools, we are committed to maintaining an academic environment that is free from gender or sexual discrimination so members of the Perry community can fully access and benefit from the school’s programs and activities.

Any individual who believes they have a valid basis for a complaint related to subjection to sex-based discrimination or sexual harassment is encouraged to discuss the matter informally with the building principal or immediate supervisor but is not required to do so.

If the principal or supervisor is the subject of the complaint, the individual may discuss his/her concerns with the District’s Title IX Coordinator.
