This term, our Mighty Girls club has been focusing on female athletes and strong character traits. They were given jerseys and are earning badges each week. One week, they met with 4 of the players from the high school girls basketball team who led the students in a fun basketball game and showed what great leadership and sportsmanship looks like. 

Another week, they focused on having positive thoughts and visited the Perry girls wrestling practice in the athletic center. The team led the mighty girls in learning different stances and moves. It was a fun and empowering experience. 

Thank you to these awesome high school athletes for sharing their knowledge, skills, and mindsets, helping us understand what it means to be a Mighty Girl!
