Year-Long Fundraising

Re-select our school every school year!  Each year you must re-select our school to be signed-up with Heinen’s Grocery Stores to help raise money for our schools all year long! When you use your Heinen's Tasteful Rewards Card, Heinen's will donate up to 1% of your purchases to our account. When signing up choose Perry PTA – Lake County. Sign up online at heinens.com/schools, in-store at the Customer Service Desk, or call Heinen’s Customer Relations Department at 1-855-475-2300 ext 2337.

We earn 10 cents for each Box Top!  Have you noticed Box Tops have gone digital? Below are the steps to download and start scanning your receipts:

• Sign-up for an account
• Locate our school by entering zip code 44081 and choosing Perry Elementary School
• Start scanning your receipt! It's that simple.

NOTE:

• If your receipt is too long, simply click the "Add section" button to snap another part of your receipt.
• If you shop online, forward your emailed receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com using the same email address connected to your account.

You can help our PTA by collecting UPC barcodes from all your favorite Our Family brand products.  With more than 1,800 retail grocery stores across the country participating in the program, it’s easy to turn Our Family labels into cash!

To participate in the Direct Your Labels™ program, clip and save the UPC barcode on every Our Family® brand product you purchase at our local Rideout's IGA. 
For every 500 UPC barcodes collected, our PTA will earn $25 from SpartanNash, the company that makes and distributes more than 2,000 Our Family® brand products with national brand quality at a lower price.

With your support & your labels, we’ll be raising money to purchase Items like Gel boards, STEM toys and indoor recess activities! 

There is a collection container in the PES office.  You can send your labels in with your students. We do need original Our Family® labels to earn the $25, so no photocopies please.

Thanks to the Direct Your Labels™ program, we can raise money as we shop for our groceries each week. Start saving those UPC barcodes! We’ll continue collecting
them throughout the year.
