Ohio's Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies Practice Tests
The Performance Level Descriptors (PLDs) indicate what level of work students need to demonstrate in a grade/course to merit performance that is Basic, Limited, Proficient, Accelerated, or Advanced. By reviewing a standard bulleted on list and comparing it to the next list, it is evidence what a student must know and be able to demonstrate to move from one performance level to a higher performance level within a standard.
