The mandatory 2022 Senior Graduation Questionnaire in Scoir must be completed by Thursday, April 28th or sooner. This information is read at commencement and is also included in the commencement program.

Check the PHS Counseling website for an updated list of available scholarships. Some scholarships have deadlines over spring break, therefore it is important to request all transcripts and submit the applications that are due during the week of spring break prior to March 25, 2022. The school counseling office will not be open during spring break to process scholarship applications and transcript requests. Please plan accordingly.
