Dear Parents and Guardians, We are excited and already planning for the 2021-22 school year. We appreciate your support at home and the work our entire staff did to support the successful learning environment on campus in consultation with the Lake County General Health District. Based on current COVID-19 health data and a shift in guidelines, Perry Local Schools is currently a mask-friendly campus. Masks are welcome but not required. In March 2021, the District conducted a parent survey seeking requests for remote learning in 2021-22. Based upon the limited number of requests, we do not have a high need to run remote-only learning classes as we did this past year.

Congratulations on the completion of the 2020-2021 school year and thank you for your continued patience and support as we worked our way through unprecedented challenges. As we begin our summer activities and develop plans for the start of next school year, we will continue to rely on guidance and recommendations from the Lake County General Health District (LCGHD) concerning COVID-19 safety protocols. Below you will find the communication received on June 1st from the LCGHD regarding their current health guidance for schools.
All children ages 1-18 are eligible to receive free meals during the summer at participating program sites.
