Perry Foundation Loan Application

Perry Foundation loans are available to all students who are enrolled, attend, or have graduated from the Perry Local Schools who are or will be full-time students (12 credits or more) pursuing post secondary education, including two-year, four-year or technical school. The loan application requires that you submit the attached documents to the Trustees of the Perry Foundation by June 15th of each year.

4 @ $2,000 One parent must be of Italian descent. G.P.A. 3.0 or higher. Deadline: 05/20/2019.
2@$1,000, Pursing career in engineering or humanities, Emphasis on extracurricular activities and good citizenship. Deadline: 4/05/19.
Must be a graduating senior from Madison, Perry, Fairport Harbor, Riverside or Harvey High Schools. Must plan on attending a 2 or 4 year college/university or a vocational/technical school. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Two scholarships awarded at $500 each. Deadline: April 2, 2019.
$1,000 Academics, Community Service and Leadership are all taken into consideration. Applications can be submitted online or mailed to LEAF. Deadline: 3/18/19.
2@ $1,000. Emphasis on good citizenship, Must be attending a 2–4 year college or joining the U.S. Armed Forces, Preference to career goals of military service, nursing, or related health fields, engineering, law enforcement, education or other public service professions. Deadline: 4/05/19.
$1,000 Must be planning to study speech, hearing, visual impairment, physical therapy, elementary or secondary education, social work. Deadline: 03/15/2019.
The Lake County Retired Teacher's Association is offering a scholarship to any senior planning to major in education. Academic achievement as well as involvement in community and extra-curricular activities will be considered. The scholarship is a one time, non-renewable award. The amount of the scholarship varies from year to year. Deadline: March 8, 2019.
2@$1,500 1 Male & 1 Female, Completed or currently taking AP Calculus, Pursuing a career in Math, Science, Engineering, Math Education, Emphasis on highest GPA in: Pre-Calculus, Applied Calculus and Calculus. Deadline: 4/05/19.
Open to all seniors planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college or university. Deadline: 4/05/19.
Parent or Grandparent must be a member of OAPSE Local 367. Deadline: 4/05/19.
$2,500 Parent or Legal Guardian MUST be a member of an OAPSE Local Union. Ohio Assoc. of Public School Employees. Deadline: March 1,2019.
$1,000 renewable scholarship. Applicant must be a US Citizen and considering a career in the crude oil and natural gas industry. Must be an Ohio resident or a student attending, or planning to attend an accredited Ohio college, university, technical, or trade school. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Deadline: 03/01/2019.
1@ $500, GPA 2.5 or higher, Must be interested in working with young children requiring special medical or scholastic needs, emphasis placed on school and community activities. Deadline: 4/05/19.
1@ $1,000, GPA 3.0 or higher, Emphasis on community service and citizenship, must be pursuing a career in Political Science or Social Service. Deadline: 4/05/19.
1 @ $500 Citizenship through community service. Essay on: "What citizenship through community service means to me." Deadline: 04/24/2019.
1@ $1,000, GPA 3.0 or higher, Emphasis placed on involvement in science related activities, Must be pursuing a career in a science related field. Deadline: 4/05/19.
1@ $1,000, GPA 3.0, Exhibits good citizenship, leadership and respect for others, Participates actively in school & community, Plans to attend a 2 or 4 year college/university or technical school. Deadline: 4/05/19.
1 @ $500 for Fall play participant and 1@ $500 for Spring play participant. Scholarship is open to students involved in any aspect of the productions. Deadline: April 1, 2019
