Senior Shout-Outs will be posted on the PHS Facebook page. To ensure you are acknowledged, please complete the Senior Signing Day Google Form by April 16^th.  Senior yearbook photos will be used for Shout-Outs. If you did not submit a yearbook photo, email your photo to Mrs. Tetonis ASAP!

The mandatory 2021 Senior Graduation Questionnaire in Naviance must be completed by Thursday, April 29th. This information is read at commencement and included in the commencement program. It is very important to complete the questionnaire.

 

To find the questionnaire in Naviance, go to About Me, then My Surveys, and click on Surveys Not Completed.  If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Mrs. Gigante or Mrs. Holderman.

The $20 senior class fee has been added to your infinite campus fee balance. The class fee helps offset the cost of the senior gift, senior lunch & senior lunch prizes.
