Retired from Perry Schools after serving as a physical education teacher for 29 years. She was the perfect fit for the job as she was a star athlete during her high school days and was among the first to be inducted into the PHS Athletic Hall of Fame.

The newest class of inductees into the Perry High School Distinguished and Athletic Halls of Fame has been announced! Martha "Betty" Shepard-Behm '37 will join 24 members in the Distinguished Hall of Fame. Dennis Hudson '84, Renee Lynch '99, and Michael Patrick '00, will join 81 other members of the Athletic Hall of Fame. The inductions will take place in September.
